NPP is proud to offer our customers a Zero-Defect Guarantee – our quality commitment that warrants all parts to be 100% compliant.

In the rare event you receive nonconforming product supplied by NPP, we promise to quickly locate and recall all nonconforming product, replace product with conforming parts, identify the root cause of the nonconformance and develop and implement the necessary corrective actions to prevent another occurrence—all at our cost.

We stand behind this guarantee as a commitment to deliver the highest quality products we are known for:

  • Less than 3 DPPM
  • 1.5% Overall Cost of Quality
  • 1.0% total plant scrap
  • Zero major non-conformances during all 15 annual ISO certification audits (ISO/TS and previous to that ISO: 9001)
